Awesome and great job!

This exercise came out of my mental training coaching group and what we found is that it’s worth doing once per year. Generally, there will be some new apps that slip back in and you’ll get more experience about what actually matters to you.

And everyone who did the exercise last year felt like it was a huge step toward becoming a single tasker.
