Dave, I was thinking about this post all weekend and have a few questions for you.

  1. When you say you had coffee on your fasting days, did you put any milk or sugar in it? Or did you drink it black?
  2. Did you make any changes to how you snack? I’m thinking about whether the fast is 23.5 hours (from end of dinner one day to beginning of dinner the next) or 20 hours (from evening snack to beginning of dinner). Not sure that matters, but I was curious.
  3. Were you able to exercise on your fasting day? How was your energy during and after?
  4. Did you have any periods where you gained weight? Overall, it sounds like a huge success, but I imagine some people will have failures along the way.
