So basically, all examples have trade-offs here. Can you think of a better example?

My other systems are incredibly niche.

For example, I read a lot of physiology and endurance training. And I have a system for categorizing what I read that’s about timing and phases of physiological adaptations.

My pace of learning is way higher after this system — but I don’t think many people can relate to it.
