Hi Grace, this is why I don't think responding more actually matters that much. Your experience is very front and center for you. So why would you believe me over your own eyes? But you do see your earnings report at least. That's the most accurate source of truth for payment incentives here (and i get it that it isn't incentivizing you). I'm sorry, but we do think that this change is directionally right and that's why it is still here.

I'll see if I can get another email sent to the PP. But it's just going to tell people something they either won't believe or doesn't apply to them. The vast majority of people had zero impact on their earnings. Again, hard to believe if you are only reading people who did.
