Hi Nancy, I'll look into this. We don't like to talk in public about decisions that affect individuals. Even if you haven't named these two individuals, I think many people could figure out who they are. So I'll email you after I have a chance to look into it. I will say though that generally when I look into a decision from our trust and safety team there ends up being good reason. We will sometimes reverse a decision, but even then it's usually with some direction to change one or more behaviors that are outside the bounds of what we are trying to pay for.
