Hi Susan, great to have you here. I took your request about bugs and shared it. Regarding meeting, I'm hoping that we will have some official way to meet publishers like you soon. I don't want to brush you off--but there's a very good chance that I'm not going to be the most important person to talk to. But in order for that to be true I have to keep going through my internal listening tour and helping people on staff figure out slightly different roles. So I don't have anything concrete to offer at this time.
