Hi, you're right that we do care about profit. But we also think we make a profit because of our values and so we continue to care about those as well. You can understand us even if you disagree with us. So given that you think the case for your story is just about profit, then I think you are probably deeply misunderstanding our values.

Also, I have no idea about the specifics of this multipart story you are referencing. The rest of the Internet runs on name calling, but this site doesn't. So it's ok to slow down and explain yourself before you resort to accusations (cowering/afraid). If this story is so important, then you should use the tactics that actually change people's opinion or at least add to it.
