I can't remember the specifics, but my general memory is that I was happy to contradict specific points. I probably thought the details of your analysis were wrong (which is normal, because I have more info than other people do). But on balance we were very publicly addressing what was wrong here. I made quality the number one issue in my introductory post and then a few weeks later announced a layoff.
