I think what I said above holds, which is that for the most part i don't want to talk about individual cases.

But if you're thinking in general the partner program is set up to pay for quality in order to do that we have to discourage people that are manufacturing false signals of quality. I'm not saying that is any of the above people, but that is the primary reason that people are being removed from the PP.
