I tried to answer this in the post. There is no 100% block. But the bigger the AI company, the more effective legal options are. For middle tier companies, they can get spotted and blocked. For small tier companies, there is no sure way. But also, who cares if a small company gets away with it? If they stay small then it doesn't matter. If they get big, then they are open to a lawsuit.
