I find these conversations helpful. I learn a lot and that makes me a better decision maker.

I don’t often take this stuff personally. I knew coming in that two things were true. Medium needed to change and that those changes would affect people’s livelihood. That’s heavy stuff.

What’s going on right now is just misunderstanding. There haven’t been any big changes on my watch yet.
