I’m going to dig up and post the 250 task day I had when I first started doing self-improvement experiments. That was cheating in the “am I on steroids?” sense.

Regarding your question…

If you’ve ever heard the maker vs. manager differentiation, then this system is really meant for makers. I actually give it up when I’m too booked with meetings and phone calls because I can’t interrupt a conversation to write down some minor communication accomplishment.

But, when you’r in maker time, then this system is magical.

That leads to your cell phone… I find that if that’s my only option then I’m not really in a maker mindset and this system falls apart.

However, I do find myself dropping useful notes in with the tasks. Having those on my mobile is occasionally helpful.
