I’m working on a post about Medium responses that are needlessly confrontational.

You have something to say about your value system and how that relates to leadership and integrity. That’s great.

Yet, somehow, you’re addressing me and telling me within the first sentence that I personally have no respect for leadership. To what end do you want me to read this? Is this meant to be a convincing essay?

I’m struggling to take your ideas seriously, although they may be fantastic, because the most important thing you thought I should read is a personal attack.

FWIW, I’m pretty sure that I already covered the inclusive case for you and I as well-meaning people that have different approaches.

Some people define integrity based on words. Other people define it based on impact.
