It's so contextual.

The feedback I get on this model is mostly through Habit Coach Certification and our Habit Coaches.

So the gates that are most likely to be closed and most likely to be open are based on that context.

For the most part, clients who hire a habit coach have already self-selected for thinking the habit fits their mission. So that's not the most commonly stuck gate.

And then also, our format of coaching is so good at the habit, environment & capacity sides of coaching that these gates get opened up quickly.

And that means where people tend to get stuck is in belief and identity.
