Oh, that's an interesting theory. I hadn't considered people would come to that conclusion. Not, it wasn't an issue of paying too much. We have controls on a daily level and then we get a chance to double check at the end of the month before we send out payments. We did claw it back from the fraudsters though and gave it back to the authors. But that took a bunch of work and that's why it took a few weeks.
