Patsy, we made the rollout decision based on the payment provider we work with. They have different rules for different countries and those rules reflect things about the payment infrastructure and laws within each country. It's complicated, which is why we use s 3rd party, rather than doing it ourselves.

I don't know the specifics for Nigeria, but I know that the reason we split the country list into two phases is that we take heavy fees to make payments to authors in some countries. That fee can be as much as $2. So in order for us to pay out to those countries we have to institute a minimum threshold. So because of the extra work, we split it into a group of countries we can support immediately and then a second group that we can support after we do that work.
