I’m in total agreement.

Our unlimited vacation policy is a total disaster.

I want to change it back to a set PTO policy but with no rollover.

I think that rollover causes people to treat vacation like financial compensation because you can cash in your hoarded PTO when you leave.

But that’s not the point at all.

The goal of PTO is to tell people to leave the office.
