*A gamma male, succinctly, is a male who has to remind you that he’s an alpha, thus negating any possibility of actually being an alpha. The reminders can be literal, like saying it over and over until they actually start to believe it, but usually they are subtler, like buying massive trucks for no actual purpose, or collecting firearms for no actual purpose, or doing any manner of things they were told by advertisements are “manly” for no actual purpose. It’s people who failed to understand what being an alpha actually means — eating last, sacrificing first, and making sure every member of the pack is healthy and safe.
