We had an offer from OpenAI, offered to pass that through to the community, and the community said no. If we get a bigger offer we will do the same process of offering to pass it through. But we are fine saying no if that’s what the community wants.

Separately, yes, there is a lot of spam right now. More than 10x is hitting us than normal and we are rolling things out to address it.
