When I was a Scrum Trainer in 2006, I was getting paid $150/hour but I assume the person who was running the consultation business was making much more than that.

You sort of have three trends here: business coaching which pays less than executive coaching, corporate coaching which generally allows for much higher priced packages, and often custom IP built around the implementation of Agile. So I’d assume that a lot of corporate agile coaching is built into bigger agile adoption consulting packages but that the individual coaches wouldn’t be seeing much of that upside.
