Yes! We did a ton of work on morning routines in order to help get prioritization right.
There was some debate about when to create the habit of “setting priorities.”
Generally, a good habit is anchored to a pre-existing habit. So for me, I anchor my priorities to “when I first open my laptop.”
But other people tied it to “right before I leave work” or “after I check my email” (if email generated new priorities).
